Stone brick duplication glitch. [SOLVED]

So today, I travelled to my region, and realized I could mine the stone bricks underneath the region pole. So I did, and mines them out to make it snug to the cliff face. I leave my region, and come back, and the stone bricks are back. I check the chest I put the mines ones in, and they are still there. I tried again, and they kept regenning, so I burned the duped items in lava. This happened at ~5:08 PST on Wednesday, September 18.
